FACTS: Pac agreed to 3 blood tests, unlimited urine tests, scheduled urine tests, and requested to use HAIR tests which are better than blood tests in that they detect the same drugs, peds, and steroids but they test for a longer window. No other fighter in the history of boxing has agreed to these types of drug tests. Floyd didn't want to even acknowledge the hair tests and ran like a punk. FLOYD IS A COWARD. DEAL WITH IT.

Now that Pacquiao has refused Olympic type drug testing all of his fights in the last 5 yrs are suspect. If anyone wants to see a good betting fight wait for Mayweather Jr. vs Mosley. Both fighters have agreed to Blood and urine random testing up to fight night and no pacquiao catchweight handicap for either fighter.

Pacquiao and Arum agreed to any BLOOD TEST..the same type of blood tests conducted by the NBA or NFL...but not the USADA..because that agency has close ties to Golden Boy.
Mayweather camp insists that the testing be done by USADA.
Why are they insisting on USADA? For sure, they are up to something. They want to cheat on the blood tests.
