Well Molly aka Nora Greenwald is only 32 and left the WWE in 2005 when she was around 27.

Many got out in their late 20's early 30's to persue other things.

Most women are past it wrestling wise by their late 30's and don't want to wait that long to start a family etc.

She did the right thing getting out,she was wasted and being replaced by barbie dolls when she was naturally beautiful and a good wrestler.
