Why is there no flaps in this landing?

Prinsed27: Actually, if you look at the wing inboard of the aileron right from the start of the clip, the flaps ARE down -- only the funny thing is that the DC-3 has "split flaps" which means that the flaps are just on the bottom surface of the wing. These kinds of flaps mainly create drag, I think. A simple flap would create lift by modifying airflow over the top of the wing, but the split flap just modifies airflow under the wing.

@Prinsed27 maybe because; the speed is low and the runway is long so the pilot don't really need the flaps.. Correct Me If I Wrong
