Great singer.There was a compilation video he did some years ago that had a Fairport track from the same TV performance as "Wiser" with a fantatstic solo from RT for his age.If anyone has it could they load it please!!!
Iains body of work is second to none. I've seen him many times live and i reckon this performance is up there with his best. Many thanks for sharing with us.
When's the man going to release a studio (or live, for that matter) version of "1944"?! That's got to be one of the most beautiful songs he's ever written, played, or sung. He's got the voice of an angel, and this song displays it wonderfully. I fall in love with him all over again every time I listen to it...
