No, they didn't. The APP made very few official videos (even Eye in the sky has not one!), and the 99% you can see in youtube is fanmade.

By the way, none of the official video has been released in an official way, so don't spend money on ebay, all fakes!

I remember the first time I heard this song. It was blasting from the outdoor speakers at a carnival ride on the mid-way at the Alameda County Fair in Pleasanton CA, oh 1980 or so. I remember hearing this song when I was very young one Halloween night on the radio and getting a little freaked out by the middle section (eh, i was a kid on halloween night, what can I say?).
