Jason, Backpacking and Fly fishing are like hand and glove... This is a great idea, put EZ Keepers on the web site and I'll order some with my rod purchase.
Great video. I guess I should stop watching these things before dinner time. You are making me hungry. I was wondering if you wouldn't mind saying again the type of can opener you use to make the Heiny pots? I think it was the safety kind that cuts from the side instead of the top, but I checked a couple of the ones on Amazon and on several of the brands people made comments like they work great for a short while and then wear out. Which one have you had success with? Thanks Tinny as always.
My "tribute to the bongo" stove uses a 60ml syringe instead of that bottle. It allows me to draw the liquid fuel out, or squirt fuel in--to the fake bongo stove I made. My nipple is low. I don't know if it's a good design, but it was inspired by your cool idea. Anyway, I'm sort of in love with the syringe--because I like it instead of squeezing the bottle--and I can't find a cap with a nipple on it. I suppose I should buy one from you!
how about using the cheese pack from kraft mac & cheese. u could hold off with the gravy. an make a cheesy part for ur next meal with them same 3 packs. think about it. u might just like it. :0)
Tinny....try a 1/2 a packet of Lipton Vegetable soup mix (its a little salty) with the gravel and corn while you rehydrate...the extra veggies and the flavor from the packet goes a long way and you can use less gravy mix (or none at all)....all your inspiration, THANKS!!!
@boardnbike96 This was shot on the second floor in my studio. I don't have water in the studio. The creek comment was a tongue in cheek for backpackers
Isn't it a lot easier just to say you're sorry. Life sucks when you piss off the wife!!!

Next time try adding the powdered gravy to the corn and beef while its in the poison pot. It takes a step out and mixes together better.

@shadowsaidhe What are you talking about? He's such a busy guy! Give him a break. He doesn't have enough time to talk to everyone. Stop being a jerk.

Why are your videos so small in size? They don't go edge to edge.

You need a long-handled titanium spoon. I am thrilled with the versatility of mine.

@biguy525 - I agree, that is how I found Tinney.. He has the knowledge to share and I enjoy the 'experimental' food cooking.

The best thing you do is the stove demos and food reviews. Keep up the good work.
