I'm sorry, but that 9400 isn't going to be enough to get you very far.

What you have is below a "budget gaming card"'s specs.

A 9500, 9600 are both budget cards. A 9700 is an 'ok' gaming card, while the 8 is the one you want.

Put it to you like this... a 7800 will stomp a mudhole in your 9400.

That's how "budget" your 9400 is. Please people, don't be fooled by that first #.

It's 'always' the second # that's super important.

When I got tht achievement its very triky to pull off on x360 but basicly you make good use of flash bangs and rush the enemy lot of hip shootin and only time to reload is when ur in cover before the plane side explodes. Whtever you do dont stay in one stop too long leave the leftovers to the others you only got 55 secs =]
