Actually, I think that if Oni was in the Halo universe, it'd be placed after the Halo storyline. The weapons in Oni are significantly mroe advanced than any human weaponry shown in Halo.
For instance, you can use Energy Cell based weaponry, and if I remember correctly, humans haven't figured out energy weapons in Halo. Also, Earth showed no signs of being a Biological nightmare in Halo, whereas in Oni, it's only through the use of Atmospheric Processing plants that anyone's still alive.

I have Netflix on my PS3 and the disc stopped working so I had to use another Netflix boot disc and all was good.
