Homeless twice, the VMC helped me, not only with housing but with tackling some of my trust issues, and learning to be proud of myself for the things that I have accomplished. The Volunteer Ministry Center does a fabulous job with the homeless of Knoxville and while serious about their job, they are equally proud when a client 'makes it.' I know many of the people in this video, both clients and staff, and I look at them all fondly and wish them all the best!
