Russian forces rely more on storming tactics then special forces. Since Russia has so many people they generally have enough soldiers to storm just about anything. That's what caused them heavy casualties in WW2. That and Stalin killing most of the generals.

Therefore they could beat the Seals, that is my theory. And plus if you want to see some true heroes, look up SOG, I reinact em with my dad. If you want a good book, read SOG by John Plaster. SOG were the elite back in Vietnam. Some of their stuff is still classified today!
