Its only 1 frame when your opponent is good at it. When they are not you probably have way more than that. The he or she have better timing than you and deserves the to get the throw. I "feel good" when i win, i dont care how really.

No, its one frame. the game runs at 60 frames a second. you have 1 frame or 1/60th of a second to finish the input of the reversal.

Tick throwing otherwise doesn't work. Tick throwing only works because the throw animation starts on the final frames of the block or hit stun frames of the other player. If you return to normal frames (standard standing/ducking) then its not a tick throw, it's a standard throw and you can do just about anything to reverse it.
