Yes, I replaced the ram but it was still doing it. I did a process of elimination to find out that it wasn't the ram that was bad but one of the slots itself. I need to take it in to have it fixed but haven't had the time to do it yet.

this is what the beeps mean:
• 1 beep = No RAM installed/detected
• 2 beeps = Incompatible RAM type installed
• 3 beeps = No RAM banks passed memory testing
• 4 beeps = No good boot images in the boot ROM
• 5 beeps = Bad ROM boot block or processor is not usable
