Hi thanks for uploading. Very interesting and useful presentation. I was wondering, the person who introduces Van Riper's talk thanks the previous presenter, whose name I cannot make out. It sounds like Dick Occhenson or something. Do you know what his name actually and what he does? Also the link to the pdf presentation is dead do you think you could upload a fresh one please. @chocochips85 I am not sure who that person is doing the introducing. Someone from Sage Advisory Services. They organized this event. But they seemed to have removed this presentation from their website. I uploaded my own copy of the pdf presentation and have put the link up for you.

Why do you show, but do not play the audio of Lt. Gen. Van Riper until nearly 4 minutes into the video. Even when you play the audio of Van Riper, it isn't synched with the video.

The video has nothing to do with the audio. Basically there is just one audio presentation. I had to put some video to it.
