Tom knows people,and its evident by the fact he has always stressed the importance of the band members being a family not just a member. Ron Blair is the type of person every band should look for in my personal opinion.

Howie had the soaring harmonies... but Ron had those incredible, soaring melodic bass lines. Too bad they couldn't have them both... and it is very sad that Howie died... but it is beautiful that Ron came back.
