I have watched dozens of these videos and none of them explains the process successfully. I just spent 30 minutes with a sheet and my laptop watching video trying to fold the damn thing the way they describe and NONE OF THEM HELP. After you bring the first 2 corners together they totally confuse me and I end up with just a rumpled ball of fabric turned inside out. Surely somebody can make one of these videos in slow motion or freeze-frame mode to clearly explain what ought to be a simple task
Okay, this is not as easy as you show with a king sized sheet. I've done this 100 times, and my sheet, after doing the corner to corner thing both times, does not come out square like what you are showing. Where your corner by your left hand at 2:10 is square, mine comes to a point?? What?? When you do the first corner to corner inside out, do you do the second corner to corner also inside out? I've done it both ways and it comes out the same! Grrrr!
@TheMyameeGirl Oh wait... I got it!! Yay!! I tried it again going lengthwise and it worked great! I don't know if it's because they're king sized sheets or not, but either way... I DID IT!! Yeah!! I just learned how to fold a fitted sheet at 40!! LOL Too funny! Thanks for the video... glad I came across it! One set of sheets down, six to go!! LOL
I watched a couple other videos but this one definitely helped me out the most! Thanks!!!!!! I just refolded all my fitted sheets like a tard! Fixing to do my daughter's now! lol
@clkatie05 It was a DIY project from Design*Sponge. I can't post the link for some reason but search for "Grace's upholstered Otomi Headboard," and you'll find it!
OMG thats genius!!! I have been "folding" my fitted sheets the same way you used to for years, basically balling it up and throwing it into the closet and forgetting about it. I can't wait to go fix them all, this looks so easy. These are the kind of skills we should have been taught but never were.
You lose it at the point where you transfer both corners to your right hand and then start the next step with both corners in your left hand. Why not just put them in your left hand to start with. It also matters how you "transfer" them to your left hand
I just folded 9 king sheets and 2 twins. I haven't been this happy since i was a small child jumping in autumn leaves. Thanks for the greatest PSA in my life!

I watched about 5 videos before yours. Yours is the only one that clicked, immediately. THANK you, SO MUCH!!
