My mother just got drop from her (great healthcare) after 25 years because she had two brain surgeries and her healthcare provider said now she is to much of a liablitiy and drop her . @bigkieleo I work hard, went to school and am tired of getting screwed by insurance companies. Single payer health care isn't about socialism or getting a free ride... it's just common sense. The rest of the free world gets it. The health insurance industry spends a lot of OUR money every day to make sure we don't.

Nationalized healthcare is a movement towards socialism and eventually communism. Healthcare is NOT a human right. Human rights are natural rights. You can't compare healthcare to putting money in the collection plate either. You have to realize that you don't change a whole system for 10% of americans. Fix the small part that needs it, don't reform the whole..

@bigkieleo With nationalized health care, you'd be doing the same exact thing as with private insurance, but instead of paying shareholders and profiteers... middle men basically and lobbyists to bribe Republicans and Blue dog Democrats a million and a half a day, you'd be spending it on paying doctor bills. Plus those people who can't afford regular coverage wouldn't be using the emergency room for regular care which also costs us a ton more. It's not socialism.. It's just math.
