Health Canada and the RCMP are institutions which should cease to exist.

They are pursuing actions and agendas that our offensive and childish.

I am pretty sure we can buy any of those here in Canada, I have seen them at the health food store, so they are not only allowed in the states.

It is the reverse, you can buy these products in the US but in Canada they are  classified as restricted. Yes you do see them in health food stores in Canada but they are not approved by HC. Did you know health and food is not controlled by federal jurisdiction it is by provincial law, they have no rights yet they continue anyways. We need to bring this out in the open; HC has no rights touching food based nutrients go after big pharma.

WAKE UP Canadians! This is only going to get worse if it is not stopped. Mass Canadians need to stand together on this and help these people out! Phone your MP, file lawsuits, do whatever is legally necessary to bring the R.C.M.P. to justice. The RCMP is not above the law and they blatantly and arrogantly infringed on the rights of this Canadian Citizen and his family. This is just a taste of what the future holds if people don't legally fight for their rights while there is still opportunity.

shame on the conservative government of canada, my party is the ndp, jack layton supports the rights of all canadian's, and he supports the chfa/nhfa organizations as well.

i used to vote, only once for this party, but once they wanted to challenge my basic fundamental canadian rights as to bill c 6 and the other bill that was struck down, they lost me as their supporter.

canada will pass this bill c 6, if no one stands up to fight it, so, fight it, defend those rights, wake up canada, wake up

The Government is in for a rude awakening, we are on the cusp of revolution here people. It is the only way to fix the current problems and to prevent it from occurring again. The Government is corrupt beyond repair, our legal system is corrupt beyond repair, our economic systems are corrupt beyond repair. The only way to end all of this corruption is to have a revolution and start anew.

You sound as if you are working for Health Canada, do you really believe the Natural Health industry in Canada is united. The products this ND sold were available not so long ago in Canada now they are resticted, watch Shawn Buckley explain that 55% of our natural health products will be removed by 2010.

I totally sympathize, but why do you keep saying these products are "available in the United States" ?  You are in Canada, right? Are we to understand that all these items are banned in Canada now ?

Health Canada has recently required that product companies jump through MANY expensive hoops before being OK'd across Canada, including having bilingual labels. Not conforming with these requirements YET would be enough to have these items banned in Canada right now.

Yes they are all banned if they don't have the labeling required under either the NHPD or the DIN numbers, by Januuary 2010 we will loose over 50 % of our natural supplements with these new requirements, manufactures can apply but they will not be given, yet in the US they are available over the counter by anyone
