Creating Access Database - Part 1 (Planning a Database)

Hey so I work for a non for profit and I'm trying to create a MS Access database to track our members. I Love your videos except I'm having trouble with relationships with tables. Could you help me out? We need to track Members personal info (name, phone, address) and also membership dues (joined date, membership exp date).

what kind of database structure does the fbi, cia, police use? With images of the "prisoner" fingerprints, and you just search for something and all that is relevant comes up?
