I can't believe it. Such Irony. My mom too passed away from cancer! It's been a year and a half now. I feel like I should have visited her more often:(

I lost my mother in 2004, 2 weeks after I turned 14. We had a huge fight the night before she passed and I said "I hate you" God I was so stupid. And she was only 30 when she passed and I never got to hold her again. On Oct 23rd 2004 my whole life crumbled and fell to the ground... I still dont know how to deal with it and it will be 7 yrs this Oct 23rd. What I would give to hear her voice again and tell her I love her and I am so sorry about our fight... Its so hard, Its just turned a year for me. I still cry everyday and I still think that maybe she will be here again. Its so hard to deal with this. me my mom and my sister and her man were in a car wreck on Feb. 28 of this year and we were driving back from Texas to Arkansas we were visiting family members and well it was at one or two in the morning on that Monday morning when we got in the car crash we were all asleep and my mom was driving and she started falling asleep and she lost control of the car and we started flipping and she hit a tree and died as soon as she hit it i am 18 years old and i miss her i have 2 become a man early now

you're not being selfish. my mom lives in arkansas and i live 7 hours away in indiana and i have times where i cry and i miss her. i don't get to see her as much as i want, only every few months or so. i should consider myself lucky that i get to see her that often, rather than just once or twice a year, but i still miss her very much and want to see her more often.hopefully by summer her finances will improve so that she'll be able to move up here closer to me. i miss her hugs and her smile

In islam we say that a mother can never be replaced by another and that the heavens start at the feet of our mothers i.e she is promised to be above the heavens. I was ill myself and being a muslim I went to the hospital church to pray. brothers/sisters we should put aside our differences and remember our creator. I will pray for your mother its all we can do. life is not guaranteed but god says death is.pray pray

10 Months ago I commented on this video, my grandfather, friend & dog had died before that. Later my other grandfather & aunt passed away. Everyone keeps dying so quickly :(.
I know how you feel. My dad wont allow me to see my mom or talk to her on the phone. i havent seen her for almost a year. I miss her like I just feel like killing my self. She was everything. Thanks to my dad Im not alowd to see my dog family sisters and friends. 99.9% of kids in louisiana are forced to live with there mother because thats the law and that 0.1% had to be me. My dad is very mean. I wish I still lived with her. I would do anything to be with her.
im at university and my mum is living abroad. it was so hard at first, never been away from her for this long. it gets easier. i can't understand people who dont want to go home for the summer. i'd give anything to see her again, it's been nearly nine months. hopefully i'll find some work this summer and can go visit her. i know what you mean about feeling selfish. cant imagine never seeing her again. all we have is the hope that someday we can see our mums again.

My Mom was suppose to die from lung cancer, but I just left the house for 30-minutes,, coming back I heard fire engines.. the roads were jammed. I heard the police car next to me saying her address,,I jumped out of my car & ran the rest of way. There were lg flames from her window, Just a lil reminder tell all the ones you love ( NOW) & often don't wait..as I did .

My mom passed away in October 2009 from cancer, it was very sudden. I wish we had a few more years together... she won't see me graduate, get married, have children... I miss her so much. And all the selfish people in my life think I should be better now.. but you don't get "better" in 5 months :(
Katelin1988-I am so sorry for your loss...sweetie, if your Momma had a choice, she'd be here with you...the cancer was just to darn strong...my sister passed away 4 years ago from cancer...she didn't want to go either...she wanted to be with her baby too...her daughter was 16/7 at the time...it dosen't get 'easier' you just learn to adapt...if you need to talk...I'm here...God bless She still is watching over you...your never alone...Her love will always be with you

and my other grandfather is now in the hospital, but the doc's say he probably will be fine, he had a tumor near his throat.

Mom was my worst and best friend.. she had schizophrenia and manic depression.. and she annoyed me alot 2 say the least.. but we loved eachother; she was my best friend.. the 1 person who I could ultimately turn to.. regardless of anything. This April, i gave her a hug goodnite @ 930, went to check on her at 11 and her face was grey... she was gone.. she ended her life.. and I didnt get to tell her how much i loved her.. HUGZ 2 ALL!

I miss them both SO much!! they lived next to me and my parents. My brother (25 and divorced, has a girlfriend, and has a kid, and lived 30 minuted away) and my sis(married, 2 year old daughter, and pregnant with a boy, and lives in georgia, we live in South Carolina) I miss them too!

@Skylar42720 inshaalah god will bestowe mercy upon her, I hope she recovers well. In islam we say that a mother can never be replaced by another and that the heavens start at the feet of our mothers i.e she is promised to be above the heavens. I was ill myself and being a muslim I went to the hospital church to pray. brothers/sisters we should put aside our differences and remember our creator. I will pray for your mother its all we can do. life is not guaranteed but god says death is.pray pray

I'm 41... When I was 14 years old without any warning my Mom was taken from us... She died of Cancer.. She went into the hospital for tests & never came home... Its been 27 years & the pain of losing her lingers no matter how many years go by.. My life has been longer than she knew me for... I miss her more than words & this song speaks it!!!

I know how you feel. My dad wont allow me to see my mom or talk to her on the phone. i havent seen her for almost a year. I miss her like I just feel like killing my self. She was everything. Thanks to my dad Im not alowd to see my dog family sisters and friends. 99.9% of kids in louisiana are forced to live with there mother because thats the law and that 0.1% had to be me. My dad is very mean. I wish I still lived with her. I would do anything to be with her.

im at university and my mum is living abroad. it was so hard at first, never been away from her for this long. it gets easier. i can't understand people who dont want to go home for the summer. i'd give anything to see her again, it's been nearly nine months. hopefully i'll find some work this summer and can go visit her. i know what you mean about feeling selfish. cant imagine never seeing her again. all we have is the hope that someday we can see our mums again.

I just wish I had a few more minutes with my mom. She passed Friday May 14th. Alcoholism claimed her. No more suffering or pain but it does not ease the pain of us still here. She wanted me there and i drove from SC to LA to hold her hand....RIP momma

My Mom was suppose to die from lung cancer, but I just left the house for 30-minutes,, coming back I heard fire engines.. the roads were jammed. I heard the police car next to me saying her address,,I jumped out of my car & ran the rest of way. There were lg flames from her window, Just a lil reminder tell all the ones you love ( NOW) & often don't wait..as I did .

My mom passed away in October 2009 from cancer, it was very sudden. I wish we had a few more years together... she won't see me graduate, get married, have children... I miss her so much. And all the selfish people in my life think I should be better now.. but you don't get "better" in 5 months :(

Katelin1988-I am so sorry for your loss...sweetie, if your Momma had a choice, she'd be here with you...the cancer was just to darn strong...my sister passed away 4 years ago from cancer...she didn't want to go either...she wanted to be with her baby too...her daughter was 16/7 at the time...it dosen't get 'easier' you just learn to adapt...if you need to talk...I'm here...God bless She still is watching over you...your never alone...Her love will always be with you

october 26, 2003, at 10:26 pm....my mom had died from cancer....i was only 17 on my last year on highschool...she never had her wish come true because she didn't see me get to graduate...she is always on my mind...my heart...she will always be around me...I MISS YOU SO MUCH....it hurts so much...once touched by pain you will never be the same no more...it hurts so much sometimes i think it would of been better if i was born with out a mother but again i would of have never felt her LOVE :(

Om the same thing here... except I don't talk to her. She chose my step dad over me and she lives 3 states away from me i guess... I miss her so much and everynight i cry my self to sleep even right now im crying...espically when im alone.. i'll just burst out crying out of no where.. and im sorry cuz i know how you feel... i hope you see your mom soon!!

I lost my grandfather, 2009 january. my other grandmother i've never known, she died when she gave birth to my father.
and my other grandfather is now in the hospital, but the doc's say he probably will be fine, he had a tumor near his throat.
and a friend died 2 years ago.. in a car accident. this may sound stupid, but I really miss my uncle's dog.. he past away 5 years ago, but I really love animals..

I dont know who my mother is but its the only thing i've always wanted my entire life. When I turn 18 I hope on meeting the alcoholic who gave me up for a closed adoption :( I think about her all the time... and it makes me hurt to know that other kids in elementary school had the family they always wanted... and i stood alone, different.

I used to feel as u do.. Im 24, turnin 25 on October 30th. Mom was my worst and best friend.. she had schizophrenia and manic depression.. and she annoyed me alot 2 say the least.. but we loved eachother; she was my best friend.. the 1 person who I could ultimately turn to.. regardless of anything. This April, i gave her a hug goodnite @ 930, went to check on her at 11 and her face was grey... she was gone.. she ended her life.. and I didnt get to tell her how much i loved her.. HUGZ 2 ALL!

My mom is still alive but all of my granfathers are dead both sides. One night I asked my mom how my dad`s dad would react to me and she said he`d be putting me in his hands and play with me. I never got to see them. I was just a baby when they all died but I`m fortunate that my granmother`s are still alive and I got feel how it is to be taken cared by them but I still wish I could what it would`ve been with my gran father`s. My mom was ina car wreck a few years ago. She didn't die, but she lost her mind. She hears and see's things, and went insane. It's horrible, because even through she is still alive, she's not really there. I can't even imagine how much she is suffering.

I miss my mom because I live in America and she still lives in thailand.....but it's nothing compared to losing your mom.

OMJ! I am so sorry......I will pray for you and your family to have peace and strength. My grandpa died last year, and my nana died when I was 9, I am 12. I miss them both SO much!! they lived next to me and my parents. My brother (25 and divorced, has a girlfriend, and has a kid, and lived 30 minuted away) and my sis(married, 2 year old daughter, and pregnant with a boy, and lives in georgia, we live in South Carolina) I miss them too!
