SPOILER ALERT most of you probably like the movie better because thats wat u read first and you are used to the parts in the book that were changed in the movie i personally liked them both. 2 of my favorite scenes were when she showed mr freeman her closet and when andy gets busted by the lacrosse team and gets bleach to the eyes. btw love the fact that steve zahn was in it. at school we alwasy joke that he goes out and buys a cb radio after this and gets cahsed by truckers LOL.

I seen the movie. I remember when it premired on Lifetime. Soooo good. And Kristen Stewart just killed the performance. Even when she did not talk the emotion on her face and her actions was so amazing. She was only 13 when she did the film but she seemed like a pro. And she is only 19 and did 23 films already and more. That is more than even the highest paid actors now.

It's about this girl, called Melinda. She was raped, and this is her story on how she could continue to evolve after that tragedy. She was reserved, or more like she was shunned, and she didn't speak to anybody. She mentions this by talking about if anybody woulod notice, she didn't speak at all. And she didn't speak of her being raped. Ta-dah!
