Loading Time - Travelling to PAX East 2011

I think the baggage not being transfered is a very american thing. And it will only will happen if you travel from a non-US country to the US, too. Probably to make sure your not senile or carry explosives in your luggage :)

On your way back, they should have transfered it by themselves

It's not quite logical, but I guess thats just how life and airports are.

The baggage thing you mention is odd; travelling between Germany and England via France, they seem to be fine with taking your suitcase and putting it onto another plane.

Wow, I'm surprised you guys had such bad luck with delays. It goes to show how shitty the US airline companies have become. And WTF @ not transferring bags!?!?? Maybe it has something to do with it being an international flight, but even so that's kinda ridiculous.

@8bitmaster We didn't know we were going to have the layover until we were there, and even then it kept being extended while were there, so it wouldn't really have worked.

Also, we would have had to leave the security area. Sorry!
