is 13 a good age to start RG even if i am flexible and if in past years i practiced artistic gymnastics?

nooooooo-sorry really, but that's just way too late... I started when I was eight... That's late also, but I knew how to do a split at the age of four... And a bridge at the same age... I was counted pretty flexible for a four year old:)
