looks great, I woulda cooked it just a little more, I am a cook and those juices weren't clear enough for my liking, just be careful especially cooking chicken as it may not get hot enough to kill salmonella, and it can take years for food poisoning to take its toll, you may never know about it, just be safe :) love the videos
Add some mass in the unused space to hold the heat and keep the top of the pot to help brown the skin. You do not need pot tops in the solar ovens because of the 'air tight' oven.
My son & I just made a Sun-brella, a foil lined upside down umbrella and cooked brown rice. This is SO the way of the future, after the initial cost of the oven its FREE energy. It makes me giggle to thumb my nose at the energy company.
Another thing to help you be a success at solar cooking is always keep an eye on the weather forecast. the best solar cooking is done when its going to be totally clear, very little cloud cover. Putting a ceramic tile or two inside that have been painted black, will help retain heat when a cloud does go over. I plan all my cooking to the local weather forecast so I can make sure I have the clearest days to get all my foods thoroughly cooked.
Hey, congratulations! You can watch my vids to help you with your solar cooking.
It is best to preheat the oven just as you would and indoor oven. You do have to keep it aimed for optimal cooking. Once you get the hang of it, you will be cooking all kinds of goodies. I don't use the sunoven, I build my own out of boxes, but they do a great job. Keep spreading the word and keep making more vids!

Thanks for posting. I'm crazy about the idea and especially being frugal, becoming "green" and being a resourceful homemaker.
