  • @grimlockfire Just watched Vincent Price in "Shocked" from 1946, "House of Wax" from 1953 and "House on Haunted Hill" from 1958. Price was an EXCELLENT actor with tremendous screen presents and such a great voice and it is a real pleasure to listen to him pronounce the English language. What diction and pronouncation skills. Also his "rap" on Michael Jackson's Thriller is excellent. And Price's voice is on an Alice Cooper record. Absolutely a master at his craft.

  • @boblackey1 thats y i said he was always be remembered

  • I wouldnt be surprised if it was choreographed and worked on in coordination with Alice cooper.. The 2 vincents were Great friends... and that Ape thing that comes running out seems to have the alice eyes.. maybe its him.. dunno and the chick hes dancin with reminds of Mama Cass... interesting video regardless.. thanks for the upload

  • I love Price, But this song really belongs to Karloff.

Tell them Boris & Vincent sent you! :)

  • @Godzie1 Actually, it "belongs" to another "Boris" : Bobby "Boris" Pickett.....but that's neither here nor there

  • @fredcore2k1

Karloff first sang the song on Shindig in 65. The first time it was heard by the public.

    After Karloff's death?

Then Bobby "Boris" Pickett recorded his own version & was his very own.

    Made millions w/it.

    But Karloff actually originated it!

  • @Godzie1 Negative. It was originally released by Pickett in 1962. Karloff enjoyed the homage so much, that he covered it on Shindig in 65.

  • @fredcore2k1 Ooopsi my mistake. In 62, I was 4. So I didn't know it came out that early? Thanks for info! :)

  • is this really Price singing?

  • @Alterego912 sure is. Its from a single back in 1975

  • I think that's him on this video, but the original was made in 1962 by a guy named Bobby PIckett, doing more of a Boris Karloff impression.

  • @mrprice07 :

1977 actually. Single on EMI Cat # EMI 2659.

    Quite rare.

Mmmmm..maybe I`ll put in on eBay?

  • @mrprice07 1977 ACTUALLY

  • @Alterego912 Yep!!! Didn't you ever hear 'Michael Jackson's Thriller-long-'version'?? Check-it-out!!! Mr. Vincent Price was a 'very-artistic-guy' and he practiced a wide variety of 'arts-and-crafts'!!!

  • @Alterego912 more like oldskull rapping

    BOOOBIE TRAPS!

  • I LOVE LOVE LOVE vincent price...I GOTTA SEE THIS MOVIE!!!

  • this is really cool.where ever did you find it? I would so like a copy.

  • i was never a fan of this song but when price sings i its he only verson i enjoy

  • i have this on an emi 7" demo... does anyone know of its scarcity as i cant find any record of it... cheers!

  • Pary Looks BANGING !

  • Vincent Price Was So Good Looking I Mean IM 13 But When he was Young I WOULD GO FOR IT !

  • Was Vincent Price's version of "Monster Mash" in "The Monster Club"? Nice editing , either way , but , I remember Price introducing The Pretty Things , surely the most underrated band to pass the 45 year mark, and they sang the admittedly somewhat lacklustre theme song , in Reggae time. Dick Taylor , their guitarist , told me "We're the only band so ugly , we did'nt need makeup!".

  • jw did vince prince die?

  • @BriJacksonx0 he died off lung cancer, shame i absouloutly love vincent price, an amazing voice

  • astraldragon1 Can you tell me where to get House of Long Shadows? I've been looking for years.

I was lucky to see it in the theatre when it came out.

  • I've always thought that it was funny that an overweight woman is a member of a club for monsters. Why?

  • Why not?

I think its funny someone finds that a point to comment on

  • WolfMan: I Never Realised he was so Talented.

    R. Chetwynd-Hayes: We don't like to Boast.

    lol

  • after this movie Monster Club(1980) a Movie called House of Long Shadows was made and was

Of historical importance in the fact that film is the only co-starring effort of the four Masters of terror: Vincent Price, Peter Cushing, Christopher Lee and John Carradine.

It is also the last film in which both Peter Cushing and Christopher Lee appeared together.

  • Ah yes the Great Vincent Price along with John Carradine. There is all so a movie a couple years later with the Vincent Price, John Carradine, Peter Cushing, and Christopher Lee The 4 Masters of Terror together for the first and only time in one film called "House of the Long Shadows co staring Desi Arnaz Jr.

  • Burt Sugarman's Midnight Special used to play outside clips, well this is one from Buck Owens & Roy Clark's Hee Haw... Oh, and just a bit of trivia for y'all... This version here by Vincent Price is said to be a big favorite of Gays at Halloween time, yes, it seems that they like to play it while having All Hallow's Eve Gay Sex...

  • Wow, they are actually filming stuff from hell now. What in the wild wild world of sports is this?

  • I asked my nephew Vinnie if he new who Vincent Price was so i had to send this to him. I did not know he sang this too.

  • vincent price cool good...

  • I want that green pussy!

  • yeahh ur pretty jacked up

  • This is so good

  • 'Oh, we don't like to boast.'

    Best. Line. Ever.

  • I keep thinking Ratigan when I see him talk.

  • Oh my God!!!!! This is the most amazing thing in the world. *squeal*

  • whatever happened to my transylvanian twist? LOVE THAT PART!

  • This is crepy.

  • i'm singing this in quior

  • :oF

  • John Caradine is unamused.

  • i love his voice

  • Vincent Price ranks right up there with Boris Karloff and Bela Lugosi. There's the hot martian gal, yummy!

  • @RevDarkehorse I know he is one that got me into horror movies

  • @RevDarkehorse They don't have iconic horror actors like that anymore. Part of that may be because they don't typecast so much anymore (something that was a problem for the likes of Bela Lugosi and Lon Chaney Jr.) but it's still kind of a shame.

  • @RevDarkehorse Yeah, that "green martian girl" is hot.

  • @RevDarkehorse Nothing against Lugosi Or Karloff, But I believe that Vincent Price was in a top class all by himself.

(Karloff & Lugosi were too busy fighting against each other in a competition in movies.)

    Price is forever a legend!

  • @RevDarkehorse not forgetting Chritopher Lee

  • Where can i get this song?

  • Ratigan! LOL!

  • I never realised he was so talented..

We don't like to boast. lol

  • The Master!!!

  • booby traps.

  • awsome!

  • Vincent Price was & still is in my heart one of

the best actors of Horror movies. If U never seen

him in Last Man on Earth, it shows his True actor

    abilities-Wonderful as always! I love this song,and

    Video. Thanks 4 posting it! ( !00 + STARS).

    Luv:Dakroses4him

True to the end & beyond 4HIM

  • yes I agree this doesn't really look like the original song that goes with the clip. It's a little wierd.

  • When you get to my dorm tell'em Vincent sent you

  • I did not know this! Wow!

  • Was that at Danceteria in New York City In The late 70's? I could have sworn I saw Nina Hagen in this video! Lol ( well I grew up in NYC and it looks pretty close to some nights there!). As bizarre as that clip is it would have been freakier if just the song had been played without the intro, everyone would have been scratching their heads saying WTF!?! Thanks for posting, Vincent and John were fun till the day they died!

  • no no this is not part of the flick. where's monsters rule ok by UB40?

  • idolo estes donde estes!!!!!! you are the best

  • I loveee his voice! :'3

  • awsome

  • I don't know what's better? "Tell them Vincent sent you" or "Tell them Boris sent you"? I <3 them both. :)

  • Sounds like Vincent Price invented rap lol

  • do you know where i can download vincent price's version of monster mash? it is awesome, thanks for uploading.

  • This was a kinda strange VP movie, since he only played in between the skits. He was never in the actual 3 stories in the movie. I do love this movie though, although the music is absolutely horrible. Very early 80's though, what do you expect.? LOL.

  • So what´s wrong with early 80´s music?

  • Nothing really wrong with with it, some of it was just kinda laughable. There were a few decent song on here I guess. I was probably drunk at the time I posted the above comment. :)

  • Hehe! Now, that´s an honest comment, way to go! But yes, I agree on the laughable thing.

Now, just for the record, let it be noted that THAT´S NOT the original track in the movie. For some "monstruous" reason, someone replaced the Reggae-ish song and replaced it with this...this cleaning fluid!

  • oh i loved vincent price. i remember first seeing him in the movie "Laura," with gene tierney, dana andrews, and clifton webb. it was one of his first films and it's amazing. i advise everyone to check it out!

  • Please can anybody down load, stevie lange singing The stripper song from this film please.

    Thanks

  • Vincent price, was one of the all time classic

movie actor's.May he rest in peace!....

    True to "HIM"

    Luv:Darkroses4him

  • Vincent Price, may he rest in peace, was both a great and talented actor. It is a shame that the studios didn't used his talent to it's fullest potential..

  • From a movie?
