I had this long "rant" about this movie, how it played stereotypes about marriage and of those who appose it. I live in a country where cohabitation can be considered as marriage (when you dont want to get married) the protagonist was very unlikable and very predictable, you knew IMMEDIATELEY where the storyw as going (done hundreds of times) and no matter what side you were on, it would annoy you how stupid the the characters were! the only time I enjoyed the movie, was when Ian danced with a
@narmolania transvestite, and that wasnet because "haha, thats a tran" but more like, "aww, how sweet, he asked a transvestite to dance with him!" but that was it for my aww moment, in a love comedy what ever... I usually seacretly like these types of movies, but this was something forgettable and something I preferred to forget. I rather use my memory on some other silly and romantic movie to remember even years later when I had seen it.

i hate these kinds of movie. they're no brainers. some girl or guy doesn't believe in love or marriage but ends up in love or being married. that's always the story, nothing else! i'll never go to the movies and paying money to see this kind of lame romance.
make sure u have not ever seen any wedding movies in ur life then ur ok to see this. but this movie is crap to me. my dad bought me this...wth? i hated this movie. just my opinion
The movie is about Pippa McGee (Graham), a freelance travel writer who NEVER wanted to get married. When her father suffers a heart attack, she offers to take over the editing of one of her father's magazine : Wedding Bells. All the while, Pippa thought she knew what she wanted out of life but flings with the gorgeous photographer (Diggs) and the seemingly up-tight Ian (Sutcliffe) and her world will forever change. It's the story of the magazine that introduced a woman to the idea of love.
I just came home from the city and bought this dvd. The pictures seemed nice and I liked what I read on the back. The trailer makes me wanna see it immediately tonight.

Heather Graham's character seems a lot like EVERY American girl I have ever met - shallow, self-absorbed, irresponsible, commitment-phobic slut.
