im glad im quitting smoking, whoever wants to stop but find it too hard , i reccomend an electric cigarette, i bought one, and went from a 20 plus a day , to 1-3 a day on the first day , electric cigarettes feel and taste exactly like a real cigarette , but no smoke just water vapour from burning pure nicotine, look it up

The relaxing effect of cigarettes is a result of addiction. The first time a person smokes it isn't relaxing. Your body needs a cigarette so bad that it makes you uncomfortable until you get one. If you weren't a smoker in the first place you wouldn't need its relaxing effects.
