High School is not only really important in education, but they can be some of the best years of your life. I'm 18 years old and a Senior in high school. Sure i don't do perfect academically.. But i haven't given up like some of the sorry excuses in the comments. Dropping out will not only make you look like an idiot.. But it will deprive you of many many memories. You guys should actually contribute to society.. This is why in a few years i will be moving back to my home country.
Is dropping out really worth it..? Many dropouts will end up being some kid getting a hold of a gun and joining a gang. Most "gangsters" are all uneducated dropouts who make NO contribution to society. The way i see it, they're all a waste of space and air. I am a senior right now and am most likely dropping out due to poor grades, due to stupid shit going on in my life. I plan to focus on sorting out some issues, get my GED asap, get a job, get my driver's license, buy a car, and then save up money/work for 1 year until I go to college. wish me luck lol

This is what I hate on America. The USA is investng billions in weapons and war but too little for education. Almost every 3rd american student drops out from school when he is 16 years old. And the educational system is also unnormal: While the students in elementary schools get to much and sometimes to havy learning matter or even to early (like all 3 natural sciences from 4th grade for exaple) the students in High School even in the AP-courses in fact are learning to little.

I dropped out my senior year after learning that I didn't have enough credits to graduate with my class and would have to repeat the year. I didn't take the GED test for 3 years, but I finally got it last month. My advice to anyone contemplating dropping out, don't! it is not worth it, unless you want to go through the "school of the hard knocks" living a really hard life in many different ways and forms. I dropped out of school when I was 13, having only completed the seventh grade. When I dropped out, although I had always planned to go back at some point, I knew it was a good thing before I did it. I hated school and I hated everyone who attended.
Also, it may surprise you to know that I am in my Senior year at the University of Colorado. In one year I will recieve B.A.'s in English and Philosophy, and graduate either Magna, or just Cum Laude, as a member of Sigma Tau Delta.

No, mentioning my academic background has purpose. I mean to show that, just because I left school so early does not mean that I do not enjoy learning. Learning is and has been my favorite thing in life for as long as I can remember. I meant to show that a persons choice to learn is exactly that: a choice. I defintely do not recomend droping out of school to anyone, i dropped out when i was 14 and just didn't give a shit. I'm 16 now and i basicly have a timer (2 years) untill my parents kick my ass out of the house so i have two years to self teach my self years of work to get my ged. Avoid the hardship and just finish high school!

I don't think what I did is right for everyone in my case however it was a good move,and don't enjoy being called a loser for it.

I dropped out my senior year after learning that I didn't have enough credits to graduate with my class and would have to repeat the year. I didn't take the GED test for 3 years, but I finally got it last month. My advice to anyone contemplating dropping out, don't! it is not worth it, unless you want to go through the "school of the hard knocks" living a really hard life in many different ways and forms. If you must dropout then get your GED right away. Best wishes.

I dropped out of school when I was 13, having only completed the seventh grade. When I dropped out, although I had always planned to go back at some point, I knew it was a good thing before I did it. I hated school and I hated everyone who attended.

No, mentioning my academic background has purpose. I mean to show that, just because I left school so early does not mean that I do not enjoy learning. Learning is and has been my favorite thing in life for as long as I can remember. I meant to show that a persons choice to learn is exactly that: a choice. For that reason, forced education cannot be the key to anything except credentials. If a person is not intent on learning they won't, educated or not.

Actually Katie And Jon are twins. Lucas is their cousin. Lucas Moved to a different state and now he cant do videos with them. That is why he does fred instead of jklproductions.
