Twenty twenty sound is amazing, thought I was like the only one that must have bought it and why they didnt stay around, hate media hype but bands do need it to keep them around. An another amazing under rated album that needs to be put on disk is the Debut from Beloved - Where it is.....they should have developed that sound, although the dance that come about later was good!! Anyway Glad other people appreciate GOOD music xxxx

I was lucky enough to see Dark Star live in Manchester at the Roadhouse many moons ago. Fantastic little gig, i still have happy memories of the fairy lights and head-fucking fabulousness of this vastly under-rated band. Seek out TwentyTwentySound and find out why.

God, I remember watching this like it was only yesterday. Still to this day one of my favourite CDs of all time.

thanks donnym. I will enjoy following this lead, particularly if they have any of the energy or sound of Darkstar. I have seen a few references to the dragons via links to / from levitation and darkstar, also found darkstars website, but tricky to work out how uptodate it is though. I instantly recognised The synth backtrack,,, V mellow. I suppose Its great to know I'm not the only one who still listens to the Dstar album (bought others following a massive set on Joolz).

Well, They did another album after this, the execs didnt like it, they got dropped and now some of them are in a group called the Dragons.
