  • The author of Narnia was right!!!!!

  • We shall be the dominate universe.

We shall learn to travel this so called multiverse.

We shall destroy these multiverses' and take all of their technological advances / resources.

    --

  • Unless there is not beginning and no end, and our universe consistently resets itself as life begins over and over. No start, no end, just continuity.

  • You mean there's a universe where George W. Bush didn't cheat?! Baloney!

  • Does this whole thing conclude that our existence is just a collision between other universes? Our existence is just a random outcome, of another random outcome? Nothing is really meant to be, it is just nature and the way it goes. As i saw someone comment below " I think that when we're born we just come from another dimension into another, and when we die we enter another dimension after that". So, the end is the start, and the start is the end.

  • So is there a universe where I'm married to...say, Napoleon? Ah creepy thoughts.

  • Thankfully we share this Universe with Einstein

  • first, its sad that only 23k people watched this...yet there are 40million watching a single kady kaka video. but then again it shows that this universe is not so special. i long suspected that humanity nature and all the bla bla were not that perfect or mysterious. humanity seems more like an experiment then a perfection... in any case i wonder what m theory has to say about the death of our universe,,,they really didnt talk about the ugly side of m only the pretty beginings...

  • @cryostation I don't know who kady kaka is but the reality is, intellectuals always remain a minority.

  • @Chordiegurl true that:) and how can u not know who lady kaka is where u from? u make me curious

  • Read the Quran all the answers are in it i guarentee

  • Infinite universes that grow their space and time without displacing others, but we can not travel to them, at least not in this present state. But what if we were pure energy, particles that might cross from one to another.

And if a soul is pure energy then........

    I don't know, just speculating.

  • Random, but seeing this documentary, I kept on thinking about Horton Hears a Who. XD

  • So Batman could exist in one of these universes then?

  • But where did the membranes come from. If they cannot answer this then they do not have a complete theory of everything.

  • @DrMontague lol they always existed

  • @ballonenciel How do you know they always existed? Inf act we don't even have any proof for parallel universes.

  • @DrMontague I'm not saying that I agree with it, or that it makes sense. But that's pretty much where M-Theory is right now.

  • M theory bitches

  • great documentary

  • So there's a universe where the Earth is called 'Kiss my planet's ass'? Cool.

  • No Creative Intelligence in all this?

  • These documentaries just spoon feed us ............there are still so many whys hows ............firstly, it's all difficult to really grasp, and we know , some time later these guys will come up with something else. I could'nt understand all the stuff about membranes and collision of parallel universes creating our own universe. How is all this certain and sure to be correct?

  • Screw this shit. Im jus gona bak to watching south park! lol

  • i even think that when we are born, we actually come from another dimension and when we die we go into another dimension

  • @salmanbro100 u r a muslim thts y u think tht ALLAH O AKBAR

  • @MrDevil666ish and ur just petty....

  • i think a universe is formed when two parallel dimensions collide and merge each other to make a new dimension. and maybe there is a timespan that after this time, the dimension blows up and its contents enter another parallel dimension causing disruptions. i even think there is a constant life of each of the dimensions. and i think at the end of everything. there will be only aone dimension where all the matter will be converted into another form of matter which is really not there at all.

  • ...what if our universe was a little science experiment born in the basement of some scientist's house in a parallel universe? Hahahahahahaha! Intriguing and disturbing.

  • So what does it answer? Doesnt it make more serious questions like how the Multiverse was created?

  • Who cares about finding a theory for everything. All I want is lightspeed traveling spaceships with artificial gravity.

  • @autopsysal666 Dud! If there had been any way to get to a Beiber Free Universe, I would've travelled a long time ago. Dont worry, I'm trying to develop a wormhole in my basement and when it's ready, I'll call u! I understand ur pain cuz I myself is in one. A world without Beiber would be fantastic!

  • is there a universe where i have a HUGE cock. im talkin HUGE

  • WOWWWW!!!!!! That was crazy! Incredibly interesting. I don't completely understand and, obviously, can't agree until it makes more sense but if the numbers match it seems sensible enough. At the moment it's just insane. I mean, INSANE!!!!

    That was like a rollercoaster!

People whine about modern times but I find this to be pretty damn awesome!

  • -_-" If you don't exist in another universe then how can you discover it in the first place?

  • @koolwalky Because you would be coming from a universe where you do exist.

  • @speccyride but... you don't exist there... being there would be impossible. :P

  • @koolwalky LoL I love this shit :)

  • still, can not buy it.

  • what happens if we colide with another membrane

  • I watched the whole documentary and I think the basic idea that I got from this is that ''everything is nothing''

science just keeps on finding everything that will lead to nothing which leads to nothing which leads to everything................., ultimately there is no beginning or end but just existance

  • Great work by BBC.This philosophic knowledge. will move mankind forward and get it emancipated from the slavery of dark age ideologies and dogmas. This is going to help people to continue their search for truth.

  • Just another kind of religion, another kind of myths, needing another kind of faith to believe in things they cannot prove...

  • Sound like a new kind of myths and legends...Human beings since the beginning of time have been fascinated by the mysterious and the unknown. They keep inventing for themselves stories, legends and fables. Yesterday it was religions and priests. Today scientists...What is the difference between the theory of multiverses and the one of hellfire after death, reincarnation and nirvana? All impossible to prove. You just have to believe because the priest or the mighty professor said so...

  • SO HOW DID THE MEMBRANE THING BEGIN? HOW DID TIME BEGIN? God damn it, I am befuddled hitherto.

  • So there is the possibility that there is a universe out there somehwhere, where Justin Beiber "Doesn't" exist? ...... is it possible to travel to this universe?

  • @autopsysal666 How the hell did you read my thoughts?

  • @autopsysal666 We can all dream...

  • @autopsysal666 beiber simply reproves the idea that boy bands are corporate stoolies designed to make some conglomerates a quick buck. you really think they give a damn what horror they unleash on the world? If its legal they will do it.

  • i think we just need to keep to the basics we just exist thats it the rest is bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla

  • correction.

    not buying... and dont care.

  • Disgusting, absolutely disgusting. We´re still believing in magic and making up excuses when we don´t understand things, even in this time and age. Are our scientists really still so naive ? To put a temporary placebo to work with to expand new ideas ? And what then if you can´t explain where the temporary placebo comes from ? At the very start when these scientists started to imagine up places where these particles were disappearing to, they lost their right to be called scientists. Disgusting.

  • @Ellert00 Uh?

  • I have two words - DAMN N*GA!

  • Our level of understanding of the universe and reality will continue to get large and we will find unthinkable things about the world we live in.

  • @RJL738 This is true. I've always believed that 'THIS' everything that consists within this diversity of life and the cosmos is just an ever expanding hierarchy of knowledge and understanding. One day we will find ourselves manipulating within the depths of the Quantum world like making toast in the morning everyday. Even Beyond that.

  • @RJL738 Unthinkable things like what?

  • @autopsysal666 Things we never thought possible, threshhold breaking and things that cause a paradigm shift.

  • @RJL738 Whats a paradigm shift? Is that good?

  • @autopsysal666 It's one of the most beautiful things that can happen to a society, it is when they change their way of thinking and have a period of amazingly increased knowledge.

  • so stunning. I love learning about physics and the universe. I think we may never be able to answer "The Question" because a particle or a being in a universe is too small to know what is happening beyond its own universe, and that universe may be as small as a particle in another universe of its own. so even I think a technologically advanced or Star-war-like society wouldn't be able to predict what happens in 2, 3, or higher level of universes. No being can know what is happening in the "ulti

  • Oh. You know what? I think I'll be an artist instead.

  • @o0TreeGirl0o

    second

  • I really don't want people who don't fully understand what's going on trying to create new universes. I think some of these people are egomaniacs.

  • @NoobieDoobieDo I agree, creating a universe is in a sense creating matter is not? physicists cant do that lol it is egomaniacal. probably why its just a theory and hasnt been accepted yet. None the less its still a very exciting theory

  • Well what happens if another "membrane" would collide into ours? Would it cause another big bang within our universe?

  • @silentologist Yeah probably, we just wouldn't know it.

  • I don't have to imagine parallel worlds - we have some hidden right down here on earth.

  • imagine a Universe were the speed of light was 1 cm/ph, everything would happen so slowly. Also I was just thinking maybe the Multiverse itself is just one of an Infinite number of Parallel Multiverses (MultiMultiverse or M2verse) then onto the M3verse containing an infinite number of M2vers'es and onto MInfinityverses? just as we thought the multiverse was it all maybe theres more!?

  • anyone else see the raver with the phat pants walk by at 1:17?

  • Trying to understand M Theory, 3 months with 3 books explaining the ecuations and I my head still can't get into some of the numbers shown :S I really love Physics!!

  • So the guy with the classes is god?

  • @pab7984 no, god does not exist. He's satan. (sarcasm)

  • what are the brains supposed to have done after this collision ? attract? repel? continue to collide?

  • @ythehelluwatchin not brains, branes, as in membranes, and they ripple enough so that at any given moment, one of the possible infinite ones will touch another to cause a big bang; or so it goes.

  • Thank you for hosting these CooCurrent.

  • So O.J. really didn't do it? I mean, the glove didn't fit, so....

  • lol I dunno..

  • all these year and hard work are waste of time

  • Very interesting. Now for some research of my own. :)

  • The theory doesnt expalain how the very FIRST universe came about so doesnt acheive anything. what a load of twadddle and these people have dedicated their entire lives to these bollocks theories that still dont anwser the question!!!

  • @lyalpuriya It explains how the creation of our own came about, which is what we were looking for. We were looking for how OUR universe was created, not how OTHERS were created! Though I do agree it is a little unsatisfying, but does answer some questions :P I'd rather have a single question answered and have 10 new ones subsequently arise because of that answer rather than not have an answer at all.

  • @lyalpuriya of course it doesn't answer the question rofl, actually it doesn't officially answer any questions; it only presents a plausible theory. with an infinite number of universes, time, and maybe even dimensions; each w/ their own set of characteristics; none of these theories in cosmogony can ever really be proven. it may as well be a theological religion because you're only excepting the unobservable

  • @hopeitsgewd *accepting

  • @hopeitsgewd never say never ... things will be possible you and i will never expect ... oh wait

  • @lyalpuriya. Isn't that what is part of being a human being, always asking questions. You don't learn if you don't ask questions. One day we may come up with all of the answers but we won't if we stop asking why.

Plus these scientists are making way more than you or me.

    Cheers.

  • @krissyeh you ask a question once then you should have the memory to remember what was said actually if you ask the question again maybe a better one would develop in the same way that better understanding also comes about when your too dumb to pay attention to what was said and have to ask the questions over and over. So what I mean is when you know what was said but ask again anyway maybe your understanding is STILL increased and you learn even more than what was said.. that makes no sense..

  • It's like the beginning of a stupid joke... "Three scientists were sitting on a train..."

  • If I die in this universe, do the other versions of me die as well in the other universes?

I think it was Neale Donald Walsh who said at the time of Obama's election, that there was another universe being created where McCain won the election and was now the president of the United States. Mind Blowing!!

  • Sounds more of a workaround than theory

  • @zoghbih It is to some extent, a workaround Design...

  • Holy shit

  • nice story :)

  • well now im even more curious. if we are one bubble floating in an ocean of bubbles, whats beyond that? and the time before the big bang, how long did it exist? and what created that? whats the explanation of the multiverse? how was that created? what the fuck??

  • @strawberryswisher213 be happy that you're alive in a time when discoveries like these can be made. I know how maddening curiosity can be, but we are still fortunate nonetheless. :)~

  • @strawberryswisher213 If there's an inteligent, curious self learning software would it ever discover that the world is not made of 0 and 1?

  • @zoghbih

Man, you said something real, really :P

  • I want a make a universe kit !!!

  • Fascinating...

  • absolutely fantastic!!!!! But also frightening in a way, I am completely stunned..... There should be a political party having its goal set under the flag of this theory. What do youi think?!

  • The creating a universe in my basement is a bit fantastical beyond the weirdness even of many universes. If I ever get to see some scientist create a universe than I'd be more inclined to believe in that possibility.

I do have to say what I wonderful era it is to live in.

  • I am the second:) love it!

  • wow...
