A whole series of corporate mergers: Worldvision folding into Paramount Domestic Television in 1999, and then, as you have said, PDT becoming CBS Paramount TV in 2006, and CBSPTV becoming CBS TV Distribution in 2007.
For those interested, this was part of the "Classics Illustrated" film series, initially broadcast on NBC's The Big Event.
