@mosesmashmomba i don't t need to give you anything because I know for first hand experience what liberia is like just because you found an article online talking about a constitution made 40 or so years ago. the u.s constitution wasn't meant for anyone not white male but over time it became for everyone. so like i said learn facts before you write about things you dont know about. if you knew anything you would know most americans travel to liberia and stay there because the feel at peace

The last reworking of the Liberian Constitution was relatively recent (i.e. revised 1984, adopted 1986) and the Article 27 clause was NOT removed, it reads as follows.
CONSTITUTION OF THE REPUBLIC OF LIBERIA
CHAPTER IV (CITIZENSHIP)
Article27 (b)
In order to preserve, foster and maintain the positive Liberian culture, values and character, only persons who are Negroes or of Negro descent shall qualify by birth or by naturalization to be citizens of Liberia.

@MosesMashomba I am from Puerto Rico and lived in Liberia for two years, and regardless of what there constitutions states I never felt racially threaten by any Liberian to the point that I am willing to return to Liberia and see all my friends there which I keep in contact with. Liberia is still in poverty after there long term war but I pray to God Almighty that they make it through.
