How is it that 2 white rappers and 1 white group from everywhere but Detroit (Romeo, Michigan ( Kid Rock), Warren, Michigan Eminem), and Oak Park, Michigan (ICP) )have become the stamp of Hip Hop ( Black music) in a chocolate city.
