Police have protocols in these situations, they are way out numbered. so were the demonstrators Wrong? maybe, maybe not. legal?- probably not

I didnt know that and it doesnt matter. My point was there is no need for medical attention after being sprayed due to the pepper itself. Any clean water sorce is the only aid they need and if they dont get that, eventually the body flushes the spray out through tears..granted it takes a long time but the body can do it on its own.
