2 songs were unfinished demos, they added some parts and made them complete. "Sudden Death", "Never Dead", and "Black Swan" were already complete songs and yeah adding them on the album does seem a bit lazy.

sudden death was originally writen for guitar heroes , but cause of the fact that alot of megadeth fans loved the song. dave added it to there new album , as a token of appreciation to all the megadeth fans.
