Eh, sort of. No offense to Sumo wrestlers b/c I have respect for them, but healthy or not fat is fat. The long haul damage being done to their hearts and arteries. The increased chance of stroke, high blood pressure/cholesterol, joint problems, heart attacks, and diabeates. It's a personal risk of choice. At the very least they are "healthy" fat. They train hard no doubt about that, and I guess at least they are getting excersice. Still there is a reason you don't see middle aged Sumo's.
