Man this stuff is sick, bloody frakin amasing! I am not sure if I get feeling like he is smashing his stuff, I know there are bits of cork where the stuff is touching ground but it is like he is casting some kind of spell and power bauble is shooting from him and everything is like blowing away. So effect is really great.
Now that's what I call a work of art. Your imagination is first class jarra, when you make these miniatures. I maybe asking you to do me a commission sometime in the future. Cant wait to see your next work of art.
wow amazing work. Love the dynamic feel of the mini. The cape is incredible bro! insane work. Did you work the cape up slowly in diffrent stages or just go straight in with one big peice of GS ?
@kamniks Thanks mate! Appreciate it :D I'm using a technique where I lay one thin layer of greenstuff on some guiding copper wires, shaped in a curve like in logan grimnar and use a clay shaper to create folds and billows. In this instance I've used two pieces.
@asjarra Wow thanks for the detailed explanation asjarra! much appreciated man. I dont know a lot of the stuff you mentioned but nothing a quick google search wont help with. Thanks a lot man. ^^! Your work is extremely inspiring.
Very cool, I love the floating stone in his hand. The cod piece bit at the front and the way it is positioned looks suspicious though and the cape is just a bit too long and Spawn-like in my opinion...
i see you went for something new with this one, huh? dynamic posing...wwaaaaiit a minute you are the master of the dynamo! well done, lookin good here
You are the Michael Angelo of minis, my friend!...The pose reminds me of the bending walls in the Matrix movie....the explosive power of the core of model is clearly shown by the cape, crumbling ground, and bending debris...just epic...Mac is gonna love it...Jim.
You never cease to amaze. All the planning and forethought make for a true piece of art. I can almost hear MAC giggling with dark mirth for this project.....
I also love the cape work buddy, I think I may convert myself a second Abaddon and use your wonderful cape as inspiration as I've had some negative feeback on my fat cape currently shown on mine :O( Keep up the excellent work :O)
@RumplemasterPainting Thanks buddy! :D Appreciate it! Is your cape a cast from the fantasy witch? Have you seen my Logan Grimnar vid where i show how i use copper wire to support the greenstuff?
@asjarra Hello buddy, the cape is cast from the Warriors of Chaos Archaon on horseback. I have three of him in my bitz box for some reason so I used it as a template :O) I've had multiple requests to produce replicas of my Adaddon so I'm looking to create another two in the next couple of weeks so will look into using your Logan cape as a reference :O) I'm also working on a custodian model for a commission which will need a decent cape (video coming soon). Thanks for the help :O)
Superb work as always buddy! I know how awkward the Dark Eldar minis are to work with being so small and all and it’s very impressive how you have posed him. Can’t wait to see him finished.
that is sick thats the best lord vect i ever seen Id like to see it finished.

Beyond sick! I just green-stuffed a cape, but after seeing this... I'm starting over.
