I like the one from Super Castlevania IV most, because it isn't simply a theme that says "Oh gee, you lost a life!" It more so says, "Oh shit, you let Simon die..." Adventure Rebirth's life lost theme is pretty funky, too.

Frustration with Castlevania

Castlevania: This would of been easy if the controls weren't that stiff and Simon belmont flew back when being hit.

Simon's Quest: Easier than the original but still pretty challenging

Dracula's Curse: In the second level the frustration level already gets high on drugs

Super Castlevania 4: Thank god for 8 direction whipping or else it will be impossible.

Rondo: This one I have beaten but it was not really easy.

I have not played Chronicles yet

@Tonytambe Dracula X: Probably the hardest Castlevania I have ever played.

Dracula X Chronicles: that one was easier than Rondo, but why is Richter's whip shorter than the original?

I did not care to play Order of Shadows and Judgement and I am too young for those crazy slot machines.

And hopefully I get Adventure rebirth sometime soon because that looks awesome.

you know imo the the player miss theme that played in most of the castlevania games sence the first one for the nes had to be the best death theme ever written for a video game mainly because when there's a really hard stage in castlevania or you couldnt memorize the boss patterns the game pwns you and you a die lot and have to keep trying to beat it what do you guy's think do you agree

what a perfect tune. it makes ou think when you die, "DAMMIT!" hehe. They all sound different, but in general sound the same tune, if ya know what i mean. Castlevania II and Dracula II are the only really different ones.
