If you do not want to read my hypothesis stop reading, now. The #1 rule in watching a highly practiced and polished performance is that there are NO coincidences. Anything that might seems slightly unusual might be a clue. I found it odd that he would place the box directly on top of the napkins and then yank the napkins away. I believe the 3 balls / box with rings was under the napkins at the beginning of the trick. The rest are beautiful palming and throwing balls away.
This video is better than the others I have seen , It doesn't show you lapping and retrieving , the rings were a nice add on . You did better misdirection than most of his Balls in hat or balls in box . I give you a good rating because that is one of Slydini's greatest but He liked the Knotted silks as his favorite. You do sleights different than Slydini but I give you a 6.5 very nice presentation you can't see any picking up of balls very good .Sach
Tony... Your as amazing as always. I am so Happy you got to learn from your here. I rtemember you talking abou him at 16. He would be proud my old friend.... He would be so proud
You should stop referring to Tony as "this guy," who was one of Slydini's last students and worked with him for two years. Tony is also an incredible magician himself...probably not wise to refer to him as though he's just an amateur.
Unfortunately Videos4mydad, your appraisal of what you believe is totally wrong....Keep on guessing...

Excellent. Excellent work. I like the addition of the finger rings and the changes you made to the original routine.

at 1:44 he pretends if he takes the ball with his one hand, but keeps it in the other, drops it in his lap, gone ball

I met Tony Clark after one of his shows. I was lucky enough to get an autograph and talk to him.

I saw Tony do this a few years ago at a convention in Vegas. He was moved to tears, as were many people in the audience; myself included.
Bravo!

Wonderful performance.
Whilst I agree with Latigoliath that Slydini's style could not be worn on anyone but Slydini, I was highly entertained by Clark's performance.
Thanks for uploading this!
