i'm a little fuzzy on who the people are without names :( i'm pretty sure the ex best friend is either mIley or Demi but i have no clue who the two girls with the bicyles are. CAn you help me out?

Through out this story Selena talks about two of her ex-best friends. They are both Miley and Demi. They are also both mentioned one way or another in this story... Demi is the first exbest friend (at the hospital) and Miley is briefly mentioned at the end through her sister...
