  • Hi AaronGuyCPT. That is not a Kettlebell Swing.

    That is a SQAUT.

    If you wanna swing the bell, you have to thrust with your hips a whole lot more. the knees are kept soft, but do not bend.

    With your Body Size; Shape and Definition use a 20Kg kettlebell for better results. Best of luck with your workouts. lets see some more Vids. Alrightythen.
