Evil Ryu's sweep is a frame slower than Akuma's so he can only tatsu->sweep 5 characters which are Cammy, Rose, Dee Jay, Balrog, and Dhalsim.

At about 0:55 when Cammy does her Ultra as soon as Evil Ryu throws his projectile, if Evil Ryu had done his Ultra as soon as Cammy did hers would Evil Ryu of countered Cammy's?
