  • hmm, well either way its a beautiful car, very expensive though, i have only re-upholstered mine and a new sound system and already $3,000!

    i drive a 67' and i was told that the largest i could fit in the engine bay was a 351 Clevland..

  • hey awsome ride, i also have a 429 i want to drop in my 68 stang, was it difficult fitting it in, and did you have to make any mods for the header clearence

  • I had no problem putting it in. no cutting the fire walls, got headers out of mustangs unlimited. kept c-6 tranny with police intersepter motor, put spool in rear with 391 gear had to modify tranny mount, is 3 inches longer. and shorten drive shaft. super powerful car to play around town in.

  • i had a f-600 old ass farm truck, took out 429 and sold motor for $300 to friend who put it in a stang. 89 i think. sweet engines, there the onty motor i would put in a stang!!
