wago's are for hacks who can't splice properly- first thing i do when i get a new fixture with wago's is cut them out and throw them away- they depend on a spring fit to make the electrical connection and when that spring gets tired you have a loose connection and heat and a fire!!!
That kid is a cubbie, but the guys filming him arent. Im not gonna comment on how slow he is, cause we all were that slow when we began. What i really wanna say is that the bx cables arent installed wrong. If you only have 2 cables coming in a box, they should be installed right next to each other, on the top or bottom, NOT TOP AND BOTTOM FOR 2 CABLES. When you have an odd number of cables in that roughing box ( 1 or 3) you should install a dummy sheath of armor, just to make the clip tight.
OK I can not figure out where all these people have the time ti screw with this cub electrican. The job is not finished, the rough is incompleate and I do not see a ground here. So is this the jack ass chanel or what ?
Pigtails are not required unless the it is a 3 wire circuit. Working on a live circuit is foolish, the cable is not supported within 1 foot of the box, there doesn't seem to be a bond wire. Wire nut instructions stipulate that pre-twisting is not necessary, pre-twisting voids the warrantee.
He is so slow it is sad. But we all have to learn sometime. I remember being a first termer too. I made a few boneheaded mistakes too.
"always be safe" great comment from the coworker as sparky there is firmly grounded sitting on his ass while working a live circut, kind of negates the gloves and boots there. Give this guy a trench to train his shovel skills for a while longer.
lol yeah... why the gloves, whats he working on a live wire? and why is he taking so fkign long to splice those? and wtf? was he splicing the pigtail without screwing it in the box first?
I need a little advice. First, is Sounds Electrician a good trade? Second, what is the difference between maintenance & electronic control Systems(is this also called industrial) that trade school let you concentrate in? If you don't want be on road all that time, which of these electric trades would be a good one to study?
Nothing wrong with union! He's got a good pair of Klein's. If I catch a guy on my crew putting a wire nut on without pre-twisting he's gone for the day! But ya needs some practice here lol
Its called learning on the job u freak. I learned my lesson. That's why I went on to be #4 in Ney York State for Voactional schools competing in Industrial Motor control!
i never see guy slow like that . Do somthing men !
