Hey there! Have you considered - fast abs magic (search on google)? Ive heard some super things about it and my work buddy got detailed 6 pack abs and lost a truck load of of fat with it.

Well, last april i said enough is enough and i lost 40 lbs and went from 207 to about 170. So I'm fairly skinny but have muscle since i weight train and am 6 foot 2. My new year's resolution for this year was to get a six pack but i can't seem to get the fat off my lower abs. my diet is clean with whole foods so that's not the problem. What should I do? Thanks

@TheReignboy It does. But, u must get used to it and do regularly. Maintain a good diet . U may not loose 10 pounds in Week 1. But u will definitely notice a great deal of improvement in ur Body.

How often do you suggest someone to do cardio? I used to weigh 365lbs and i dropped down to 215-220 and my goal is 190ish. I lost all the prior weight over a span of a year by just changing my eating habits and weight lifting and i've kinda of been stuck here at 220. I'm trying to lean up for the Army. Havn't really done ot much cardio so i'm eager to give it a shot. Thanks again Mike.
@95melefante trust me. you won't lose muscle from doing daily cardio. Maybe if you're running like a Xcountry runner as in 5 or miles a day you might see a gradual decrease over time
@Tiroth77 you're an idiot. squats aren't bad for your back unless you do them wrong. easy way to fix this is do front squats, they force you to use your legs. if you bend your back, you drop the weight.
I dont have treadmill but a really nice and big park with a track for jog/run/walk! What would u recommend there? body weight push ups and situps after each jog/run etc... need your guidance, i am 5'8" and 216lbs! :(

I agree, I have noticed the most progress and gains when I keep the intensity up. It's seems to be not as much about what you do when your at the gym, but the amount of drive, focus and effort you put into it.
Nice house! and btw how much did your shoulder hurt with the stairs? great idea with stairs, i hate doing lunges so i just went up the stairs couple time without weights, ill try it with weights!
it's not about being afraid of pushing my body to the limit, it's all about not loosing the muscles i've built already. the way is about pushing my body to the MAX of loosing fat rathar than pushing myself to the max for loosing wieght neglecting the body limits, i could be loosing a higher % of muscles rather than fat. i still think that HRM is a must in this case.
that's quite good, BUT, u should be knowing your heart rate zone.
the heart rate zone is like the limits of your heart beat, if u r above it then u're burning muscles instead of fat, and if u r under the limit then u're doing nothing. so the best way is to get a heart rate monitor and swing between heartbeat rate rather than staying at the peak cause it's not healthy for ur heart at all.

As expected your video is good but relies a lot on workout equipment, which I don't have and can't afford neither have anywhere to put them. I guess I will go for this workout when I finish my studies.

We did a similar workout to this in the navy. It absolutely burns and you can't walk properly afterwards. I hated it to be honest, but it is really effective!!
Hmmm I've always heard Seated Leg Curls are counter productive cause it harms the knees. I'm hesitant on doing those myself so I'll try another exercise in its way. Thanks for the circuit tip. I will try these out. Awesome :3

ride a bicycle 10 miles a day.....Kick Boxing is a great cardio workout. Playing soccer for 20 mins will help ur legs and butt to lose some of the fat

I tried it today at the gym and could only finish 3.1 circuits.
I spent the next 30 minutes throwin up in the parking lot.

For people with limited equipment:
- Replace the treadmill with high intensity jump rope.
- do dumbbell squats instead of barbell.
- step on and off a chair if you don't have stairs
- 1 leg squats to replace leg extensions
No dumbbells? Go ghetto and get yourself a hefty water jug.
