  • Chuck Norris failed to join JTF2

  • "I wanna join JTF2!" is a common thing said by new recruits that rarely ever comes to fruition. I'd love the guts and glory of being in an elite unit, but I think I speak for most people when I say I'm not anywhere near fit enough for their training requirements, let alone everyday job.

  • for ever canadian

  • Sneyrdped your a kid, most likely to young to be in the service yourself, it's good your a proud Canadian, it's another to just talk shit about what you have yet to do

  • @squeekieballs Your comment has no relation in what I replied to you about. I did not talk shit, I was stating a true fact. I actually am going to my BMQ/SQ Februry 21st, so therefore your post has no credibility.

  • Why dose this say version of NSW/DEVGU....should read version of SWAT...please don't reference jtf2 to a navy seal somebody might believe you!

  • @squeekieballs Canada's version of SWAT is RCMP's ERT. Canadas version of US CAG (aka SFOD-D) and NSWDG (aka SEAL Team 6) is JTF2. If you don't know fuck all about anything related to this video do not post. Thank you.

  • if the government put a few JTF2 ads up it would probably boost recruitment rate in the CF by a huge amount.

  • @Mustardootiger I'm inclined to agree with you, however JTF2 is one of the most secretive spec-ops units in the world. Openly advertising it to the public would fly in the face of its secretive existence. In side the CF it’s widely advertised & every garrison has yearly JTF2 recruitment seminars.

  • Our special forces are less known because we actualy keep their operations secret, its a hell of a lot more deadly when our enemies dont even think their is anyone to come for them, let alone expect it.

  • Funny how Americans Never Hear about JTF2 Or CSOR or anything about Canadian Forces

  • @Army528 The size of our Special Operations Forces is 60x smaller than the US's. That makes us have a more strict OPSEC and PERSEC guideline.

  • @Army528

they never heard of tag but i bet you aint either

  • HUA

  • . These guys are definately among the most elite soldiers in the ranks of the sas and delta,. winston churchill put it best, if i had canadian troops, british officers, and american technology, i would rule the world.

  • I AM CANADIAN, but still think this video is propaganda... BUT WILL STILL JOIN THE ARMY!!!

  • song name?

  • jtf2 is better than anything america has but still got nothing on sasr

  • @AlienFirefox of course lol JTF2 and SAS are commonwealth we both have the same training...

  • @Grubbyberserker

    both got very different roots

  • @AlienFirefox Bahaha SAS come to Canada to train with JTF2 Cause even they know we're the best there is !

  • @5Cdarkwing

funny since sfod-d sas and jtf-2 come and train with sasr in australia. jtf-2 is good but can only ever be second best to the sasr its been proven

  • @AlienFirefox I respect Aussie's but we the benefit of the best technology in the world due to our close relationship with the U.S.

Churchill said if He had American technology British Officers and Canadian Soldiers he would rule the world.

We have American technology, Canadian soldiers and our officers are just fine !

  • @5Cdarkwing

erwin rommel said "Give me two Australian divisions and I will conquer the world"

erwin rommel was germanys greatest general and far more respectable than churchhill.

australian special forces has any weaponry they want. aussie special forces intend to use the m4 carbine due to it sight capabilities

  • @AlienFirefox Roelwas a joke who didnothing but fail after africa. And in case you didn'tknow. Brits and american fought tooth and nail for every inch of beach capture on d-day and never completed a single objective. Canadian infantry smashed through juno( the most heavily fortfied and armed section of the Normandy coast) pushed 12 km inland angainst the tp div. in the entire German forces ( 12th SS Panzer div) and completed evy single one of its objectives. Romel...lol

  • @5Cdarkwing

australia fought in normandy too mate. over 2500 australian airmen fought in normandy but only 20 aussies landed. australia was the first country to defeat all three main axis powerss on land and were the first to defeat the japanese. in pupea new guinea 250 aussie militia managed to hold back 6000 japanese until the AIF finally reenforced them and give the japanese there first defeat on land.

  • @5Cdarkwing

i heard about what the canadians did in normandy but the aussies were the only soldiers that rommel respected over his own german troops. he also respected the new zealanders but not as much as the aussies. The Australians gave themselves the nickname 'the Rats of Tobruk' after Radio Berlin described the Australians as 'caught like rats in a trap'. also dont forget battle of kapyong in the korean war aussies and canadians did exceptionally well there.

  • @AlienFirefox Respect for Aussie's and all who fight for for their country. Just None for Rommel's opinion . Don't Know much about your military. At the time of ww2 Canada's pop. was only 11 million people with a volunteer army and we still put 500,00 troops on the ground in Normandy. We have never known defeat and are the only country to defeat the U.S. in a military conflict( in which we burn the white house down, ha !) Canada is extremely proud of Our forces.

  • @5Cdarkwing

rommel was the greatest general of ww2 mate

allso lietenant general sir john monash believed to have won ww1 as he led the final spearhead that won ww1 and he was an aussie. the aussies have never lost a battle under there own command either. also your wrong the vietcong defeated america in a military conflict. 575,799 australian soldiers fought in ww2 witha population of 5 million

  • @AlienFirefox Common Misconception. U.S. won the Vietnam war, they just took huge casualties against what was considered a far inferior force. It was considered a loss by the US but technically the though they never srrended they were effectivly wiped out as a fighting force........DEFEATED !

  • @5Cdarkwing

    maaate

the us lost the vietnam war

the north vietnamese took over the south

the very thing the yanks were sent in to avoid happening

the vietnam war was a complete and utter defeat for america.

the aussies were the most auccessful in the vietnam war 108 aussies defeated 2500 vietcong in the battle of long tan and our sasr got a 589 to 1 kill ratio far higher than any other unit

  • @AlienFirefox Guys, there is no need to argue. Canada and Australia are both exceptional nations in their own ways. We are both descendants of Britain which makes us brothers. Canuck and Aussie soldiers have been some of the most battle proven warriors this planet has ever seen. Be proud of each countries accomplishments and don't be negative.

  • @SNeyePED

where not arguing we are just talking

theres no need to argue with him its not like im putting canada down or his putting australia down.

  • @AlienFirefox 58,220 U.S. Soldiers killed in Vietnam, Over 1 million VC killed. who lost ?

  • @5Cdarkwing

mate it wasnt just america in vietnam there were a lot of other countries too

    south vietnam lost 100.000 alone

but its all irrelivant because north vietnam took over the south. south vietnam was taken over and america had no choice but withdraw. undoubtedly though loses were great the vietcong won the war. also most vietcong casualties were caused by gas not by bullets.

  • @5Cdarkwing

    South Vietnam

    220,357 (lowest est.)[7] – 316,000 dead (highest est.);[8] 1,170,000 wounded

  • @AlienFirefox Ctually it was 1-3 million VC killed ! wiki it !

  • @5Cdarkwing

    North Vietnam & NLF

1,176,000 dead or missing (highest est.);[7] 600,000+ wounded

if you look at the states the vc did pretty well really besides it doesnt matter they won the war. its the same with afghanistan the taliban are losing a lot in numbers but its america thats weakened. thats how the taliban broke up the soviet union thats what guerilla warfare is thats what the vietcong did too. a small force weakening a much larger force.

  • @AlienFirefox Actually The Taliban had nothing to do with the Soviet Afghan war. The taliban are the one who moved in and assumed control of the coutrty after the Soviets pulled out. It was the Afghan Mujahideen guerrilla movement that fought the Soviets. And they got own for the majority of the war, Its wasn't until the US started pumping billions in military training and weapons that they finally started to turn the tide. And it wasn't a ground war. All they did was shoot down Soviet aircraft

  • @5Cdarkwing

you do know it was osama bin laden who broke up the soviet union in the soviet-afghan war right

which is funny since osama bin laden ended the cold war just to have one started with america

and america supported al-queda back then during that war.

  • @AlienFirefox Yes but Bin laden wasn't with the Talban yet. He was Brought in by the Mujahideen. The Talban didn't like or trust Bin Laden when they first met him. But The Afghan war didn't end the cold war. The cold war ended when communism fell in the Soviet Union which was caused by Mikhail Gorbachev when he chose to hold a free election in 1988. Al-Queda didn't exist back then. It was founded when Bin Ladden returned to Saudi Arabia After the Afghan war to help Mujahideen veterans.

  • @5Cdarkwing

yer i know but without bin laden the taliban would have been screwed he had the money and backing. dont get me wrong i despise everything about bin laden but you have to give credit where its due. also al-queda was developed in 1988 the soviet war in afghan went to 1989

    just so u know

  • @5Cdarkwing Guys, there is no need to argue. Canada and Australia are both exceptional nations in their own ways. We are both descendants of Britain which makes us brothers. Canuck and Aussie soldiers have been some of the most battle proven warriors this planet has ever seen. Be proud of each countries accomplishments and don't be negative.

  • I went to their training base, pretty sick.

  • @OhmgrownCron Oh yeah? Just walked up and they took you around?

  • @greyman686 My grandpa works there. I didn't see anything 'secret'; just a few gyms and stuff

  • @MegaElectric1000 Proud to be apart of the Canadian Forces! HUA!

  • thumbs up if ur watching this video because you want to be a jtf2 one day :)

  • Comment removed

  • I like how they are getting out of USAF planes, makes me laugh. Greatest military on earth reduced to our special forces personal drivers....check

  • @Heyzeusthethird Well in their defense they were there alone with US forces so they didn't have a choice but to get driven around by them.

  • @Heyzeusthethird We use you as our taxi drivers cause thats all you're people are good for, you mad?

  • Yes bring back the Paratroopers!! Never should have been disbanded

  • On an unrelated note, they should bring Canada's paratroopers back

  • @Jameslikespudding That sounds familiar... were you in the mil>

  • @DJonX7 No, but I want to be when I'm older and my father was a paratrooper

  • @Jameslikespudding We still have Para just not an "airborne" regiment. Every Regiment has an airborne company within it.

  • So fucking badass

  • Beware the quiet one. -This was said about Canada by special forces of other countries aound the world.

  • hate mp5's

  • @666777559 That's probably somehow related to the fact you play/used to play Call of duty.

  • @Marine1996Us nope cause mp5 really sucks

  • proud to be in the canadian forces!

  • why does the description say "Canadian version of US CAG/NSWDG. JTF is purely canadian, there is no american rival or equal. when america brought rangers to WWII. canadian 'black watch' were slipping into german trenches like pythons slitting throats as if they were boot laces. I didnt know america had a 600 man elite force in 1943.

  • @dutchdettweiler

There was the "Devil's Brigade" a joint Canadian American Special Forces regiment formed in 42-43' that lasted well past WWII. One of the best if not the best special forces unit in the world before it was disbanded...

  • Fucking rights. Can & US

  • I AM CANADIAN

  • your canadian special forces are so badass US and Canada all the way

  • I AM CANADIAN

  • OH HOW I LOVE MY COUNTRY!!!! I hope to be there some day

  • i want to join my brothers on the frontline but it will take awhile, need experience and recomendation. they're not looking for good soldiers, they want something specific

  • @5tateOfEmergency

Recruitment has grinded to a halt on the army side of the house due to pulling out of Afghanistan, nothing to do with whos good and whos not plus you cant tell that by just a sign up sheet anyways.

  • also i saw them today:$

  • man i wanna do this.

  • @JasonCGreene haha same! cya there my fellow Canuck

  • the funny thing is no one knows what there missions evan are they cant tell anyone and ussaly go in on there missions in civillian clothing

  • Comment removed

  • i am Canadian and i would die for Canada any day any time any way and i am saying that some of these photos are fake, i say this because jtf2 is so secret that only about 100 or less pictures of jtf2 that are public exist. Make sure you know that what your seeing is acually jtf2, those advertizements in black and white are real for sure but some o those are fake and you can tell by what the people are wearing. all jtf2 soldiers are required to be completely covered so identification is impossibl

  • @dirtydresser5 You can't always fault the person making the video. There are idiots out there who put pictures up and call them JTF2. Then when you do a google image search it comes up.

As for them being required to be completely covered....I beg to disagree.

  • @dirtydresser5 JTF2 often operates in civilian clothing so this is quite inaccurate.

  • @joh13ansen Finally a man with a brain.

  • @TESFOVIDEO

You guys sound silly arguing about how many people are in various units in CANSOFCOM. You're just playing into the whole special forces nutriding community.

  • i cant wait to drop my m4a1 and pick up my mp5a4

  • JTF2 vs Seals = Canadians cant lose.

  • So to b one would you need a high grade report from the frontline? Or just join special ops?

  • @wowkidlrn2play well First you need to be a Cf member Dosent matter if it regular or reserve you must have at least 2 years of experiance and after that you could try the tryouts its hard trust me i know a JTF-2 member here in montreal i can give you lots of info on these SF operator on msg only

  • @TheFutureKingofThewo Hey, its my dream to be an assaulter for the JTF-2 any and all info would be greatly appreciated.

  • @monstar34 Best bet is join the CF in a trade you will like, excel in that trade and work your ass off training. You can then start going to CANSOF information sessions and get the info they can tell you about.

  • @monstar34 go to jtf2.forces.gc.ca all info to becoming a member of jtf2 is there, ignore what the other idiots have told you

  • @wowkidlrn2play You just need the required time in and meet the fitness requirements. Not being a shit pump helps too.

  • @greyman686 It's a little more than not being a shit pump and being fit.. Recommendations from CO, passing selection, having at least one combat tour to even be looked at I'd imagine, you also need to be a combat arms trade, and be able to psychologically handle the shit they throw at you during selection / in the hill

  • @BRADM69 Obviously there is more to it than what I said. Those would definitely be good starts though lol.

  • @SNeyePED 800 members trust me.

  • @TESFOVIDEO Why should anyone trust you?

  • @SNeyePED nah with the new world respond its now about 800 members my friend, you can trust me on that I have a lot of informations regarding it.

  • @TESFOVIDEO Highly doubt that. a Tier 1 CT special operations unit CANNOT be mass produced. That is too large of a number for a unit of that skill size within the size of the Canadian Forces. CSOR is probably that large, not JTF2.

  • @OOneDDoveDDown you cant overrate a SF.

  • more comparable with the US Delta, Seals are junk, all show no go.

  • @tarusss12345 Just dont talk. SEALs junk? HA!

  • @TheKutter808 He's right. SEALs are highly overrated.

  • Facta Non Verba

    Deeds Not Words

    And Canada is too underestimated

  • @S0PM0DsChannel We're underestimated by the ignorant which is fine by me.

  • @blazontroll It makes us like were a mystery they dont know capable of.

  • @S0PM0DsChannel

Underestimation is a tool, not a curse.

  • @rsgalhero But you see i find like a luxury also not curse. ;)

  • @S0PM0DsChannel Then you see it for what it is. Of course, it's only a luxury if it's not you doing the underestimating.

  • @rsgalhero Exactly.

  • Crap i mean Canadian.......friggin keyboard

  • Candaian and proud

  • JTF2 are real life lethal life weapons I would not want to mess with. God bless Canada.

  • proud to be a canadian

  • @MegaElectric1000 yupp fillin out military paper now haha

  • @morr0w lol same here

  • @MegaElectric1000 damn right

  • @MegaElectric1000 Damn right bro, I'm applying for this.

  • @MegaElectric1000 No you like the music video that leads you feel associated with the frozen shots and wild music. It reminds you of ......Rambo and GI Jo .

  • Even the medics are fucking cool.

  • Glamorize the war machine...

  • @Molokai963 Piss off. These people are out there protecting each and every one of us.

  • @webstermr Yep all 7 saving the world eh? I bet you love cartoons more than you make me laugh everyday! While your politrickcians "Government" invite terrorizing termites to invade our freedoms and jobs, and economic state right here in our Country right now, every single day for REAL.

  • Are you fucked? You can't even string together a few words into a cogent sentence.

  • they also recruit from the RCMP

  • i am ill send you privte vids man dont show a lot of ppl k

  • Comment removed

  • @TheLiamom Maybe one day you'll sort your shit out and pick a story to go with. One day your joining the Rangers, next you were speaking to a recruiter who said JTF2 etc isn't real and now you've been in the CF for three years and going to CSOR try outs.

I doubt you'll last long. You aren't supposed to say where training is yet you come out and say it's i Pet. Nice job.

What unit are you from anyways? I feel sorry for them.

  • @SNeyedPED because all relevant military forces have the same basic conventional warfare skills. That's y I made that comment...

  • i just want a special force that are real

  • @TheLiamom If you dont want to be in a secret SOF than go for CSOR, Canada's version of the Rangers and 'Green Berets'.

  • @SNeyePED if you're doing it for recognition... don't join the military.

  • @fuckqnamenotavail Why are you telling me? Tell the kid that said he wants to be in 'a special force that are real'.

  • @SNeyePED sry though I had, apprently I didn't though... again sry.. was meant for the other guy

  • @TheLiamom Wtf do you mean by that comment?

  • @BonhommeHero as in i ask my recruiter and he said they aren't real

  • @TheLiamom You're recruiter is a moron. They are of course real. Do some research yourself. After spending four years, ask your CO for applications. I'm planning on trying this out, although there's a high chance I might not even make it. 3

  • @TheLiamom ik man i ask my po and he said he's going to help me get ing to it and no you don't have to be 3 year in the army i ask him that he said 20 years old and asvab 120 or higher if you need help to join ask me so i can ask him

  • Respond to this video... o and dose canada have and airborne

  • @TheLiamom we have airborne companies in each infantry regiment, and CSOR has airborne detachments too

  • @TheLiamom Maybe you and your recruiter should go down to Dwyer Hill or Petawawa and tell the guys they aren't "real" After they kick the shit out you two you'll see how real they actually are.

  • @ndvfdff33 man your a dumb ass stepan harper said there fake and man i went there and NOTHING YOU TWIT

  • @TheLiamom He never said anything like that, he has openly said that they exist. Your stupid and think the Canadian Army is only a peace keeping force. HELLO - WW1, WW2, AFGHANISTAN, GULF WAR, KOREAN WAR, ETC are ALL combat operations. The only peace keeping we've done is UN missions and NOT in the many wars we have participated in.

  • @TheLiamom Stephen Harper you mean?

I'm sure you went there. I suppose you walked up to the gate at Dwyer Hill and they let you right in too right? You are pretty comical. Now run along and go join the Rangers douche bag.

  • @TheLiamom

Are you really that stupid? My COL in air cadet summer training use to work with the jtf2

  • @OhSnapThatsRomell Is every CO or CIC officer a former JTF2 member? That's three cadets in two days I've read who's Cadet Instructors are apparently former JTF2.

  • @ndvfdff33 Hey, I don't blame some cadets for lying, where's the self esteem when you're shooting daisy rifles all day and not in the military?

  • @SNeyePED I don't blame the cadets. I blame the lying sack of shit CIC officers who fill their heads with that crap.

  • @TheLiamom Not real? NOT REAL? REAAAAALLY? *bashes head against wall*... "Stepan Harper?".... STEPAN?... Stupidity overload, overload, overload.... ARGH..... BANG.

  • @ImonYTehh dude us army rangers are better ok csor are BADASS MAN LIKE FUCKING COOL AND THEY ARE REAL IM JUST SAYING ON HOW SERUTIYVE THEY ARE MAN BUT IM JOING THE US ARMY RANGERS CU I DONT WANT TO PEACE KEEP

  • @TheLiamom Rangers aren't better. CSOR is trained as well as US Army Special Forces aka Green Berets, but CSOR does Ranger roles too. CSOR doesn't do peace keeping, neither does JTF2. They only do special ops. Is their name the Canadian Peace Keeping Regiment? NO. It's the Canadian SPECIAL OPERATIONS Regiment. Dude we haven't peacekeeped in 20 years.

  • @TheLiamom I thought you are leaving for CSOR try outs? Which is it?

  • @TheLiamom you need to graduate highschool before any force will take you in, maybe you should work on that first.

  • @Elblinko1 hay bud i dont know where you got your facts but you can join with gr 10 and it dont matter if you got gr 12 just makes things easy. and all member are 28+ which means they served 6-15 years be four they were even looked at for the jtf2. all school proves is that you are committed to something. who are they really gonna pick a punk with gr 12 that wants to be a killer or a guy with gr 10 that wants to be part of something greater than himself. answer me that.

  • @420lhills You need a highscool diploma to be enrolled in ANY CANSOFCOM unit. Stay in school kids.

  • @420lhills i would if i could read past "hay bud" without my eyes bleeding.

  • @420lhills Hay is for horses.

  • @TheLiamom if you're doing it for recognition... don't join the military.. seriously, you're a liability.

  • im joining the us army ranger instead

i finished my asvab tes t AND I GOT 96 PECENT OUT OF 100 QUESTIONS

  • @TheLiamom why would you join the US Army... private there makes 18k while a private here makes 32 k... Canadian soldiers basically make double of what the Americans do. But do what you want, I wouldn't want you serving this amazing country if you didn't have your heart into it.

  • @TheLiamom LOL! You would ditch this country to serve for the Americans? Haha..... fucking traitor. I highly doubt that you got this "96 percent."

  • at 2:01 I want to know why it says USAF on the end of the air craft.. United States Air Force?

  • @sgtliam10 Because JTF2 was operating with US SOF on that mission and used that aircraft as transportation.

  • Ladies stop arguing, DEVGRU, SAS, and JTF2, are best of the best in their countries, aka black ops operators, we can't know who is better but be happy they exist!

  • @ARodBiz actually JTF2 is ranked #1 in the world right now we teach the SAS what they know now.

  • @watertemple1 where did you get this info? id like to read about it.

  • @pxdfover are you being a smartass or really want to know not trying to be rude :D

  • @watertemple1 id really like to know : D

  • apply through their website or talk to a recruiter. you have to have served a minimum of 2-3 years in the Canadian forces before applying.

  • HOW CAN YOU JOIN THEM AND HOW OLD

  • @TheLiamom you need to join the canadian army then apply then go through their training
