ok they must of changed the 20gb model after he got his because the 20gb model after they brought the 40 and 60 gb models was all black didnt have chrome or silver on the bluray drive where you put the disk in the 20 gb was black there and it didnt have a bluetooth or wifi built in so if they changed it then i didnt not know that i just thought that when dsp shows his ps3 it looks to have the silver drive so maybe it doesnt but either he has a better model than he thinks or they changed it

It may have been the brightness and/or contrast of your HDTV interfering with the sensor...it happens with IR and HDTVs for some reason, had the same problem with my DISH Network remote and receiver
