  • hey, i'll work on what you said for sure with my hips being too high to start the pull. i like getting critiques on form. i really need to work on my power clean form. that one's a pain.

  • very impressive!! one thing though. you have the same problem i do when i start dealing with heavy weight. Your hips are rising too fast, therefore causing you to use your back more and your legs less. As soon as your hips start to rise, your chest should start to rise as well. like i said i've got the same problem, but working on it. legit pull for sure though btw. great work!!

  • thanks very much for the comment, I've been trying to improve on that. I love doing stiff pulls so maybe that's why I dont use the legs as much as i should

  • also you should start from the ground, and let the weight stop after every rep so you dont bounce it.
