@auntyangela People in authority need to be held accountable, simple as that. If you haven't got a name (or can't give one) don't write the article, it's meaningless.

It means the story could not be printed if the person didn't want to have their name printed. A lot of news starts with a rumour.
i was just reading the headlines on the two red top papers headlines at my local in Cuntsville, sorry, just joking, in Oslo, and there was something about Norway's prettiest cat, the Oslo Bombers childhood, "I lived in a low-carbohydrate Hell!" ...some shit actress speaks out, and shots fired in a hairdresser's salong..

in a perfect world we could all tell the truth and save the hassle but...
the reality is that if you tell the wrong truth at the wrong time it is ignored or even worse you do prison.
