You must be on crack if you think the c64 sound was better. The sound on the C64 compares to the crappy internal BIOS computer sound an IBM makes without real speakers. I believe the Atari had an extra sound voice. The game play was a lot smoother on the Atari. The graphics were almost close, but I give the c64 the torch. I just hate when Atari over uses the flashy rainbow graphics(chalice in adventure crap) Atari pick a color next time. I'm willing to bet that this game was originally
This was possibly the first game I ever beat back in the day. Good too see it again. But at the rate dude was going he would have been done in like ten minutes.

great game, isnt it funny that people will still compare the atari to the c64 and say the c64 was better, are we still kids at heart, lol, i was an atari head, great game, shit hard, you made it look easy, maybe you just had a steady hand, thanks
In fact it is. I compared it. Moreover, because of that, the C64 version is easier to play. I was quite good at C64 version of this game, then switched to Atari XL and... I had to learn to control the chopper again ;-) On both systems it was a great game.
The C-64 version is better.... The Atari version graphics are about the same, but the C-64 version had way better sound. Man what an awesome game this is tho....
I played it a lot in my Atari400 (32KB)!!! :D
