Korg iElectribe-R for Apple iPad - Guided Tour - In The Studio With Korg

i am actually looking for a piece of electronic that is kinda similar to this but i don't know the name of it. it usually has a lot of buttons on it that you can record a section of music on and play it on and off with other saved beats on other pads if activated. I have this Roland Synth keyboard and i want to create music but i need something to hook it up to so i can save sections and then put them all together once i am done. Any thoughts of what it could be called?

The Kaoss Pad already exists in the iMS-20 app. You can move the sound data from this app into it, then play to your hearts content :-D

@FakersInc Yeah, because most people just buy an iPad to run one app.... (Sarcasm). I use real synths in my band and now I can incorporate my iPad into our music and add more sounds and functionality for $10 - $20 an app. Running iElectribe, iMS-20 and Rebirth has been excellent. Not to mention that I can kick back on the couch with the iPad and watch videos, read books / magazines / comics, browse the net and reply to stupid fuckers on youtube etc. Life is good :-)

interesting - the problem i have is that the converters of the Ipad wont do the job - you cant connect the Ipad to a qualtiy Audio interface...
